Enjoy the abundance of end of summer blooms and the fall dahlia season during our Summer/Fall Flower Subscription! You'll receive a specialty mixed bouquet featuring heat loving blooms such as sunflowers, celosia, zinnias, dahlias and more. Our first delivery date will be on Wednesday August 6th, and we'll continue through October 15th, with 6 exquisite bouquets in total. Flower deliveries will be bi-weekly (every other week), however, please note we may need to shift dates to accomodate the timing of blooms.
How It Works: Simple, Convenient, and Beautiful
- Choose Your Pickup Location or Delivery: Select the location most convenient for you to pick up your bouquet each delivery day. You can pick up directly from the farm, or from one of our partner locations in Lake Wylie, Tega Cay or Fort Mill. We also offer delivery to your home or office for an additional fee. *Please note delivery is limited to a 10 mile radius from our farm.

- Get the Details: As we get closer to our first delivery date you will receive an email with more detailed information.
- We Grow, You Enjoy: Our farm team handpicks and designs each bouquet to ensure only the freshest, most beautiful flowers are included.
- We Deliver: Approximately every two weeks (as mother nature allows) we deliver either to your doorstep or selected pickup location.

Our Summer/Fall Flower Subscription is designed to bring you consistent joy throughout the season with 6 beautiful bouquets delivered on Wednesdays every other week. Here’s how it works:
What’s Included:
- Delivery day: Wednesday
- 6 Bouquets Delivered Bi-Weekly: Every two weeks, you’ll receive a fresh, farm-grown bouquet that changes to reflect the unique blooms of the season.
- Personalized Seasonal Selection: Each bouquet is designed to showcase the best of what’s blooming at the farm that week, ensuring that your flowers are always fresh and vibrant.
Subscription Plan:
- Total Bouquets: 6 seasonal bouquets
- Delivery Schedule: Every other week for 12 weeks (6 total deliveries)
- Flower Types: A mix of classic and seasonal flowers including dahlias, sunflowers, zinnias, celosia and other hand-selected blooms.
